Short Description

As a Private Client Investment Advisor this position: Provides comprehensive investment management services to implement WTC policy to meet the needs of clients. Supports Private Client Advisory Services integrated delivery of products and services consistent with the financial goals of clients with a high level of competency. Consults with Private Client Advisors or Trust Advisors to set asset allocation strategy for clients and document investment objectives. Implements investment objectives for an assigned book of relationships or in support of a PCA team. Provides necessary support and information to clients, Private Client Advisors, and Trust Advisors as well as others for all WTC investment products. Direct external client contact and internal contact at all levels. Meets clients on a regular basis as determined by relationship team to review transition of portfolio to WTC or Balentine asset allocation strategy. Prepares and delivers client investment reviews. Participates with PCAs in the sales effort making presentations to clients/prospects and in external seminars. Serves as a training resource for new Investment Experts, PCAs, and Trust Advisors.

 

Requirements:

·         Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and/or work experience. MBA preferred. CFA designation required. Ten years of investment management experience. Demonstrates a strong level of proficiency in the use of personal computers and software packages (such as Microsoft Office).

  • Self confidence and a proven ability to work well with highly capable and successful individuals.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
